What time do the clearances get updated each day usually?

we have recieved some clearances by email already yet when i click on the link above they are not on that list. How often is this list updated, anyone know

i notice that Blodge has put in seven clearances for Salisbury West Players. Are they exempt from the three player from one club rule or is there a clause

Source club can deny the clearances if they wish.

Defeats the purpose of the rule really, two clubs can just keep poaching off each other constantly.

I love it when you see a clearance from your club and you have absolutely no idea who it is.

I read with interest (on AFL Victoria website) that clearance opening season may be changing:
Changes to the current National Transfer Regulations that better reflect standard contract expiry dates are also being proposed.

This suggested change would allow a more timely transfer of players during the off-season once they have signed with a club, but any modification will also be appropriately considered before being implemented.

I'm sure this question has been answered a million times but this contract/clearance thing goes over my head at times.

Can someone confirm this scenario please:

Player has played at club A for x amount of years.

Decides to sign with club B, signs contract in October

Has now been given opportunity to play at higher level and now wants to sign at club C instead.

As it's not Feb 1, club B has no leg to stand on because the clearance has to come from club A and he can freely go to club C without club B being a pain in the arse about it?
