Quality user of the ball by foot, surprises me that he has gone largely unnoticed so far..

1. Ingle Farm player takes a contested mark against 3x Mawson Lakes players - free kick against him for "lifting his knee into the back of the player in front"
2. Ingle Farm defender takes mark in defence, as he pushes back to take the kick, another defender goes to move on, is held back by his opponent - kick is reversed, umpire citing Ingle Farm player "holding".
3. Ingle Farm player takes a bounce, takes a few more steps, is done for running too far - umpire says "I didn't see you bounce the ball"
Very ordinary performance over the 4 qtrs. by the umpires.. so bad it was almost comical..

Walczak might have a few 1 votes but no 3's. You need to be winning to get them. Steele is the best player I've seen so far, but haven't seen West Croydon. The danger for both the Hawks and Brahma is they would have quite a few taking votes of each other.

It's Bulldogs now

Another tough day for TOS Saturday in all 3 grades. A grade showed some ticker to be 3 goals up at 3 qtr time but ran out of legs in the last and Woody South got over the line. In the B grade, a well drilled WS were just too good for our lads, 3 in a row now, need to respond against Lutheran this week in both grades..
A grade 1-5, biggest loss is 24 points, but haven't played West Croydon yet, so that is likely to change. Need to win the close games on the way home and we can still figure in finals, only 1 game from 5th as it stands now. B grade need to be ahead of the ledger at the midway mark, and im confident we can respond in the second half of the season and still figure strongly at the business end..
