Had to step back with Work Commitments mate just playing now. Although I didn't last long round 1 in fact lol  Had a op on the knee about 4 weeks ago now had some work done in there to prolong getting a knee replacement as they say I'm to young for a knee replacement, I certainly don't feel it!

I started running last night hopefully back next week maybe the week after depending on how it goes.

Well I hardly think a question and it being answered warrants what you claim it's own 'Thread' but hey if you don't like reading this one I guess alternatively you could toddle on off and start your own thread.

In fact, The type of bloke I am I'll even help you come up with a name for it 'The Rose and Crown how to choke thread' you may have some impact in there unlike your cricket season.

Your mate is banned nothing you can do about it champ move along......

The Club is looking at the next breed so to speak. Made some tough calls and in my opinion will be much better in the long run some good young lads coming through all CUFC juniors so it may take a year or two but I think we're going the right way about it.

With all due respect to Angle Vale and Mitchell Park probably good timing for the club to rebuild so to speak with what seems the safety of staying in division 6.

Some of these lads are coming along quicker than first thought highlighted by a very effort (Win) against Lockleys highlighted by the best that day being all the young lads.

Being relatively new to this thread I'd like to commend Central Utd after watching them last week against Blackfriars. Although Blackfriars were clearly the better team, at no time did CU drop their heads or give in. The first half was well contested and only the polish and maybe fitness level was the cause of the blowout. As I understand it previous years there may have been a lack of discipline in the same circumstances. Well done CU, keep at it.

Can anyone from Rosewater tell me what Daniel Thomas has been out with? Calf?
Good to see him back in for the top of the table clash.
