I wouldn't be going out on a limb suggesting that Fitzroy would be disappointed if they dropped this & it would be a blow to their finals aspirations (especially a double chance). I still think Fitzroy will find themselves well in the 5 before the season is out.
Looking at Mawson's form, the five is a long way away, but they should have more than enough to cover the bottom two teams & survive relegation.

If you have different opinions on possible outcomes for each team as a result of this game, go ahead and speculate!

I tell ya now though that if Mitchell Park were to somehow find a win. Things could heat up a bit for teams close to the bottom.

No, Mitchell Park and Angle Vale have that sewn up already.

You can never write off a wounded dog. With Mitchell Park's backs against the wall. They can only go forward. So it would definately be interesting if they were to somehow manage to win a couple of games.

Well lets say Mitchell Park win both those games and manage to win 1 or 2 others. They would only have to rely on a few teams above them to lose more games and the battle to stay in Div 6 heats right up.

No chance B4E. We're a long, long way off D6 standard. ML are a much better side than us and also get AV twice.

Round 8 will be on for young and old however.

Dude, they have 12%, the top 3 are a cut above everyone, the next group of 3 are on the next shelf, the Units and the Lakes will upset a few along the way but the bottom two are a fair way off the mark. I can only see Angle Vale going backwards from here judging by the mail I'm receiving.

Just stating "What Ifs" mate and a different scenario if things did lean Mitchell Park's way. Just saying it would make way for a very interesting 2nd half of the season.

I reckon if they outscored their opponent this week, they'll win!
