Spoke with APRA recently on playing Music along with Sponsor and Club promos, at Half Time of Home Games - a flat yearly fee of $67 was indicated, because Amateur Clubs don't charge spectators/patrons to enter the grounds. IMO Royalties to Artists, is a fair thing and $67 seemed reasonable as a yearly fee.
I'm sure Elton John would be stoked collecting his $67 from the Kenilworth Football Club.
