All that cash will do is provide more lighting so hookers can see better while they're on their knees, more lighting for get away routes during robberies and possibly new walls to be covered in piss, filth and graffiti! My god pick one of many other western areas and further develop their club, coz it will equate to nothing at west Croydens, the area unfortunately is a lost cause

We are a drinking team with a football problem!

Beeched Lizz that is is the typical attitude from someone from hahndorf I think you should take your precious little mind back up the freeway because you clearly have no idea maybe you should worry about your own footy club before commenting on others. Oh an how did you get the the lights at hahndorf

Time we roll you back in the water beeched. How you gonna seriously post that?? Are you saying that it is perfectly okay for the juniors at our club to be approached by the ladies of the night and be bothered by these people?? Pull your head in ya pelican.

And unless Div 3 quality players come out just to play under some new lights, I don't see how we are gonna fly up the divs without the usual hard work that is required.

i dont have anything to do with west croydon but i think for once the pollies have got it right
the local area is expanding and the amount of young families moving into the area has risen ten fold
im glad to see money actually being spent in local areas for normal families than always being spent on elite sports because you have to rember that the players in elite sports actually started in junior clubs at suburban level
every area has the right to improve and i believe local sports is a great direction to spend tax payers money for when the young dont have much to do they can end up like the girls of the night to trying to get rid of
well done
we stand as one
we fight as one
we win and lose as one
we are one

Well done to Hope Valley they played 4 quarters of footy and that was more than enough to take care of a Pathetic Lockleys.

A couple of the Lockleys Boys tried hard and quite a few looked like they did not try at all - Too many passengers on the Rutland Avenue Bus. Key Forwards who don't demand the ball are as useful as "ASHTRAYS ON A MOTORBIKE" I don't know what game they were watching but they certainly are not getting involved in this contest.

On the other hand HVFC had Honest contributors all over the ground for 4 quarters. Certainly not pretty football not even that entertaining BUT They ran, they supported, they talked, they contested every ball, AND THEY Deserved the win!

Salisbury West were far too good today against us, it was a very frustrating loss. We didn't start well and that cost us, they were also prepared to run and we weren't. The B grade also went down in a close game and that was disappointing too see.
