Now, can someone please educate TT on the correct ettiquite for writing team sheets.

IS IT NOT correct to always place the home team first? even if it's your team sheet. This way, when others see it, they'll know it's an away game and not show up to an empty ground on Saturday ;)

I'm up and running now all you naggers  I would worry about being a good trainer rather than tell a coach how to coach ;)

All that cash will do is provide more lighting so hookers can see better while they're on their knees, more lighting for get away routes during robberies and possibly new walls to be covered in piss, filth and graffiti! My god pick one of many other western areas and further develop their club, coz it will equate to nothing at west Croydens, the area unfortunately is a lost cause

OMG I think you'll find if you read what I posted a little deeper, I didnt knock the footy club one bit. West Cryden footy club are doing their best in a really tough location. and no you juniors should not be approached by such a filthy element. What Im saying is all that money will be great for the club but it will not deter the element from the area that are surrounding the club...thus making it in my mind a waste of good money
And as for AshMAN I have no affiliation with North Haven! I just enjoy this thread and chose to support haven as they are the colours of the Maggies in the SANFL.

And unless Div 3 quality players come out just to play under some new lights, I don't see how we are gonna fly up the divs without the usual hard work that is required.

Well done to Hope Valley they played 4 quarters of footy and that was more than enough to take care of a Pathetic Lockleys.

A couple of the Lockleys Boys tried hard and quite a few looked like they did not try at all - Too many passengers on the Rutland Avenue Bus. Key Forwards who don't demand the ball are as useful as "ASHTRAYS ON A MOTORBIKE" I don't know what game they were watching but they certainly are not getting involved in this contest.

On the other hand HVFC had Honest contributors all over the ground for 4 quarters. Certainly not pretty football not even that entertaining BUT They ran, they supported, they talked, they contested every ball, AND THEY Deserved the win!

Good to see the real demons beat the Cinderella demons ;)

Cinderella we were more like the Ugly Step Sisters and a couple of Pumpkins! Certainly played like it.

Mate I'm not have a crack at you here but just pointing out that perhaps your shooting yourself in the foot a bit. Simply you say you are supporting North Haven because they have the same colours as Port in the SANFL. No worries there at all except when your on here listed as a North Adelaide supporter that supports a club wearing Port Magpie colours, I reckon you could see how we all thought you were a North Haven person.
Seriously though local footy clubs getting money pumped into them by councils etc to upgrade there facilities, bloody great in my opinion. With the amount of money our federal, state and local governments burn on shit, they might as well put the money to good use where local communities will actually get something out of it!

good win by pfc. great to watch my 1st game this year, and bloody got roped into bein the runner. haha.. i reckon there only going to get better... pretty scrappy in the 1st half. both sides. 2nd half was much better. 3rd quarter set them up... we got tested in the start of the 4th and thing i found the most impressive thing was we fought back and kicked the next few goals to runaway by 7 goals.. its only one win but its a start..plympton are a very young side and will only get better. also the umpires were very ordinary.
big crowd for ladies day and the boys done a great job. whcih was followed by a big night at the club for miss bulldog. very funny night and certainly paying for it today  ... seems like a bit of a buzz around the place.

What were your thoughts on Lutheran wood??
Very disappointing result for the boys, they are a capable side with some star players, but struggling to put 4 quarters together by the sound.
Beauty of Div 5 this year is each sides just a win from the top 5.... but also a loss or two from relegation zone.

Well done to Sailsbury West on their win yesterday by 56 points, totally outplayed us. They started really well and they were prepared to run harder and smarter for longer to create scoring opportunties for themselves, which they did well. We started slow and were playing cathup for the rest of the game, we had a chance to get right back into in the 3rd quarter but to Westies credit they kept their foot on the pedal and didn't let up to let us back into the contest. We were quite wasteful going forward and coming out of defence continually turning it over far too easily, Westies jumped on our mistakes and then made it count on the scoreboard.

It was disappointing to see the B grade go down in such a big game for them. They've had a great start to the season and to go down by 3 points in a close game was frustrating to see.

Now on to Rosewater, the old enemy next week at home. It's always a big game no matter how both teams are travelling. I hope everyone is looking forward to it.

I don' think the scoreboard reflected how the game was, it was a tight game right up until 10m to go then plympton went bang bang bang to blow the game out of the water.

It was good to see the boys get a win, and what a great division it is this year in div 5. And i reckon this year more than any other year you might as well flip a coin if your tipping. There wont be too many blow outs this year.

Must admit I thought the same thing, can't believe a NAFC supporter would follow a magpies side because the are the same colours as Port  I played in PA magpies (primary school) and Colligwood colours as a kid because that's what my local one club towns colours were, not because of Port!!

[quote="beeched iizzz"]Spot on Boosh. I saw in the Haven side 2 sixteen year olds, and 3 nineteen year olds, which is a third of ya side under 20, so they will have ups and downs this year. I saw Havens miss a good 5 easy shot, by not using the wind correctly and Lockleys jumped to attention early. Worthy winners make no mistake, but I think may be a different story come round 11.

Yeah no affiliation with Nth Haven at all

What a game down at Rexel Oval. It was hard fought and close all day. Woodville south looked a much better team than in recent weeks and will look to put a few more wins on the board in the coming weeks with games against lockleys and hope valley to come. I thought the umpire was pretty good compared to what i have seen before. Be interested to hear other peoples opinions on the game.

Mate I wasn't saying there was anything wrong with it, just that it's pretty odd considering the loving relationsjip Port and North have.
