Well done to Hope Valley on the weekend in all grades, just goes to show what a team can achieve when you have 60-70 dedicated players and a very good junior program producing good players. (Not a swipe at my team, just reflecting on HV's setup)

In the B's, we kept in their in the first half, and I felt we played the better footy, then Hope Valley turned it on and absolutely smashed us in all areas of the game. The ruckman was unstoppable, can see him making his way back up in the next week or 2, and a couple of the midfielders benefited from his good work by having a massive amount of clearances.
I still believe HV is the best B grade side we've played all year, and will give the flag a fair crack. Good luck in the finals to all teams, would be good to see a HV vs SW grand final.

Cheers for the feedback Masha. IMO, I still think Luthies are the team to beat in the Magoos.

I reckon luthies are the team to beat but our best footy will be around the mark I rekon. A lot could hinge on whether our A grade make finals. With few injuries that would push some good players down to us.

I thought the first half was fairly even Saturday although our 5.8 to 5.1 could of been better had we kicked straight. You are right in the second half our ruckman was excellent and we started to use the ball better too.

Good to see ya helping out the boys in the early game too Masha!

I haven't seen any of the 2s this year... Are there a few players in particular for Luthies dominating, or is it a pretty even spread?

Hard to gauge with Lutheran, we beat them early, then lost the return match quite easily. Tall running team, if the weather turns ugly it will be their downfall I suspect.

Our first quarter and a half was probably the most competitive we had been all year, continuing on from the Plympton match last round. Shame it is all ending, the lads are starting to enjoy themselves again.

Was good to have a quick run with the C's, they have had it pretty tough this year but they get out there and enjoy their footy and give it a crack, even though they are well off the mark with been competitive.

All except #17 and #33. They did your football club no favours on saturday. Quite frankly their behaviour was embarrassing

We could go backwards and forwards with this one all day. The end result is he will say bye bye to his football career in the SAAFL, he performed one of the lowest acts on a football field not once, not twice, but three times and you want to defend his actions
It is good to see the SAAFL take a stance on this type of behaviour, it should not be tolerated at all. He deserves everything he gets and no doubt would be very remorseful for his actions as he will now miss out on what could be a successful finals campaign for WC.

I agree about #33 I could not believe he would not shut up.... hold on yes I can because who it was. I dont think he shut up much during the A or B grade either. Not sure what #17 did but old Kev gets a bit of white line fever when he gets the chance to play haha
