love your work mate, always rated Fitzroy as a football club, except the times Harty ran me over like a train

A snail could run you over like a train morell. :( and Harty couldn't run out of sight in a snowstorm nowadays. :D
I was once quick :(

Still remember when he kicked a few in the first quarter out on their deck one day in divvy 5 and Wal told me to drop in the hole and get in front of him. Me being about 20 and not really understanding what that meant said sure. He kicked 12 I think. Luke kicked about the same at the other end in what was one of the best games of amateur footy I have been involved in.

No Daniel has been a player at SW for a long time he then coached there B grade for 2 seasons before going and playing at eliz last season. Very good footy brain will be a very good senior coach, well done Ingle farm in giving this guy a chance will do well for the club. .

Just speaking to club officials, it sounds like a really good appointment. Looking forward to having Daniel lead the club to another successful season.

Not only a very good footy brain but more importantly he has a great character and good ethics and morals
I have nothing but the highest respect for him and he is just what the doggies need with the group of young fellas coming through
I am absolutely positive he will be successful
on a side note Smithfield had the chance to appoint him last season but past up...............................

Probably worked out better for him in hindsight - no offence Smithfield - but if they had the same dramas with him at the helm probably would've ended his coaching career before it started

thats a shame sprint..i thought he was a pretty good coach from our 2 games this year..

so 6 out of 9 clubs will have a new coach in this division..

squid would have loved to have gone on but with a young family, living a fair way from the club and work commitments it just wasn't working as well as he needed it to. very level headed, positive, knows the game of footy and how to position players to get the best out of them. I think he got a lot out of his first year as a senior coach.

I would think AV would be crazy not to speak to Pete mcmillian think he helped out in some way out there last year very passionate about his footy and knows the game insideout, for memory was a assistant out at centrals under age..
