Ovingham Football Club must be beside themselves at their good fortune to have the vastly experienced, well credentialed Superstar' MATTY LAIRD' imparting his knowlege onto the playing group.
MATTY WHO? I hear everyone ask. Would have been, Should have been, Could have been, dont think so. The only noteable thing is, that when the Superstar left Gepps for Wingfield, the average I.Q. for both clubs increased.

Well said Charlie, I'll vouch for that!

Great news for the Ovingham FC. On Monday evening Chris Newman was voted the president of the Ovingham FC.. Lachlan Sandford was President but stood down because of personal commitments and is now the Vice President and is happy in filling this roll.. All involved are happy with the decision and look forward to a bright future.

Also on the agenda Monday night was commiting to building up to 2 teams in 2009. Finance is steady and the club is happy with-in.

And last but definately not least thank-you to all the 2 faced know all, know F*** alls who came on here with-out knowing squat to try humiliate a small battling club. This only quadroopled our desire to go forward.. We may not be a big club but we have big ambitions.

this is C2 competition isnt it? does anyone care? :-({|=

good luck with your second team next year..be more prudent to get an oval instead of a backyard if you want to progress as a club imo..gl

Couldnt give a fat rats if it is a first or not.. What matters is everyone is happy.. If its just C2 and no1 cares why are you posting on here.. Lowering yours standards etc, lol. Whats wrong with having a small oval? Goodwood.. There Div 1 and there oval aint to shabby either. You havent got any decent arguement mate. You just come on here to feel of some importance which you really arent of any at all. Do you play?

That's great news, I guess now when all the trouble starts he can be judge, jury & executioner. That'll sort out who his mates are, for sure. I hope he has all of the "official" bases covered like police clearance, responsible persons etc 'cause you sell beer there I think. Important info that!!!
