If we're worried about the natives showing up, PNU v PAOC/SHOC and ROC v Goodies/Henley should be a perfect fit for Salisbury Oval next week then. Not many of those old scholars walking around north of Grand Junction Rd. ;)

Not sure but with the conspiracy theorists there is no doubt the SAAFL have undertaken studies to find the maximum price point that the northern suburbs residents will pay and set it just above that....

It probably works the other way around in the end, by playing so far away from home people are going to be more inclined to pitch in to get charter buses where they can sink as much piss as they like rather than drive 10 minutes up the road and sink a few quiet ones while watching the game and hit it hard back at their club.

no, those at Thebby pay $15

Those not at thebby pay $10

The single game on Friday night = $5 - a bargain for all the Golden Grove and PAC fans out there.

I have NFI what's happening at Richmond though.

Works both ways too.

Personally speaking I am far more likely to attend the game now, its in a good spot, nice and central. No need to travel out into some feral bikie enclave.

Aren't you from a club that doesn't appreciate being stereotyped? ;)

Only when its not true! Many of the stereotypes about Mitchell Park are spot on.

Just like for Greater Adelaide social disadvantage and therefore crime is more highly saturated North of the city.

No FC, a bargain for EVERYONE!
Go to the Friday night game, pay your $5, then get a pass out and use it at whatever ground you want on Saturday.

Or, for those of you who want to make a bit of drinking money...go to thebby Friday night, pay $5, get a passout and leave.
Go back in, keeping the passout in your pocket and pay $5 again, then leave again and get another passout.
Repeat the above a couple of hundred times.

Then stand 10m up the road at 9am Saturday morning and sell passouts to Thebby at $10 a hit. $5 discount for the punters, $5 profit for you. Win:Win!!!

Easy way to make a grand!!!

Assuming they will have different colour tickets, or a timestamp

Not sure they can do that to be honest. In fact, the passouts need to be interchangeable between venues and days.

GG fans paying Friday night (Div8) need to be able to get back in on Saturday (Div4) without being charged twice.
Hope Valley fans paying at Thebby (Div4R) need to be able to get in at Richmond Oval (Div8R) without being charged twice.

Under what laws? On that basis if I buy a ticket to day 1 of a Test that means I can get a passout and return again the next day....

Obviously they CAN do whatever they want. Probably should have said WILL.

Last year they allowed pass outs and I'd expect them to do the same this year.

Why? They are attending separate events.

I'll give it a crack Doghouse13.

GRAND FINAL day Div 6 at Price Memorial Oval

10 00 am The C4 grand final Trinity OS v Mawson Lakes.

Maybe odd to do the C4 final but it has a real Div6 flavour about it. Trinity will be relegated and play in this Div in 2015 and Mawson Lakes worked hard to avoid relegation so the clubs will meet again next season. In C4 Trinity finished 3rd at the end of the minor round and Mawson Lakes were 5th. Both teams have been giant slayers to get to the GF with Trinity putting Lockleys and Ingle Farm away and Mawson Lakes putting Rosewater, Lockleys and Ingle Farm away. The awesome folk at Hawkland would be licking their lips getting this quality game to kick off their day. I'm sure Trinity will have youthful run in abundance but the Lakers have Rog O'Gorman, Brenton Reidy, Brett Slotegraaf and the finals goal kicking king Dave Wagner and experience should get Mawson Lakes over the line

12 15 pm all going well the Div 6 reserves GF Rosewater v Lockleys.

Again some high quality talent here and the buzz down at Bulldog land must be incredible with both A's and B's in the big one. Over 50 odd players you'd reckon at training all making their case to get selected. Rosewater snatched top spot late in the season after Lockleys held the roost for some time. The interesting part is will Rosewater bring in a couple of A grade guns who have had long term injuries or stay loyal with the team that have got them here, including Brad 'the horse' Horsell who made a remarkable comeback mid season smelling a flag. Lockleys have been super all year but 25 guys all a bit lonely at training tells me the task may be too great. Rosewater to win.

2.15 A grade Blackfriars OS v Rosewater

This will be an absolute cracker of a game and their is some serious talent in both teams all capable of walking in to Mitcham's A's so I hope they get the chance to get off the BBQ and watch. Pardon my indulgence but if it wasn't for the incredible support of the Hawkie people who gave me my first A grade coaching gig then I'd be nuthin', hey that's enough FC lol.

BOS worked their way through the season building, building and ended up minor premiers. Rosewater on the other hand went BANG right from the start and at times embarrassed the competition with its quality. You just get the feeling here that both teams are going to back themselves in so nerves will play a major role and the team that can settle early and get their hands on the footy and dictate the game will be in the box seat. Brincat and Schaar are top ruckman and any club would be super happy to have them, both teams have gun midfields, both teams have highly experienced forwards who know where the goals are and both teams have players with finals experience especially BOS with Demasi who has had success more than once at Goody Sts in Div 1. It's hard to split them and I have been a big BOS fan for ages, but no doubt I said after round 3 Rosewater were the best team I had seen since my days in Div 2 and I reckon they are ready and will cause an 'upset' so Rosewater in a close one.

Regardless of the travel for the clubs if you want to see quality footy, get there, I'll be there and hopefully catch up with a lot of friends I have made over the years. :D :D
