He did miss some easy ones if the skipper wears No.1. Not sure about single handedly WC kicked 5.5 in the 1st which kept NH in the game i believe.

WC were the better side but kicking 1.12 in the last half certainly didn't help and some were absolute sitters

I agree NH missed some easy shots in the 3rd quarter that could of put the pressure on WC but didn't!!!!

Was told today at work that Shane Stokes has not be repointed yet at Salisbury west, would have thought they would have stitched him by now. He has done a good job to get Salisbury west back to div 4 after coming down to div 5. They are very young in both grades and are playing very good football. I think the club is heading in right direction and if he is not required, I am sure other clubs would be chasing him.

Where are the clubs that will definitely be in Div 5 next year at with coaching appointments?

North Haven will be advertising A's and B's this week as is required by the constitution, all applicants are welcome.

I would think that Matty Rowlands would be in the front running after a successful season with a young side, 11 players 21 and under played on Saturday.
I have a problem. It's to do with the little man, the squashed-in French man, the naked little squashed up hairy boy! You know! With the hand feet

The Blessed Virgin was 70 years old when has occurred her Assumption. Thus she lived 21 years after the death Jesus, just like there were 21 years between the presentation of Jesus to the Temple at 12 years old and his death at 33 years old - according to visions of Mary Agreda and Maria Valtorta. Thus Mary, after the Ascension of Jesus, remained still 21 years on the Earth to serve as attentive Mother and prioress to the Church in the childhood, also of adviser to the Apostles for any difficulty being able to occur.

The text called "Sermo angelicus" or "Hymn of the angel", that saint Brigitte of Sweden (1303 to 1373) wrote under the dictation of an angel, is composed 21 letters. They were read during the matins, in the convent of Vadstena, in homage to the Mother of God, as an Office of the Virgin Mary.

In a same day, Jesus appears in 21 different places of the Palestine to confirm in His Resurrection those who believe in Him.

It is the number of ecumenical councils - the 21th is Vatican II.

Saint Ann and saint Joachim gave birth to the Virgin Mary 21 years after their marriage, according to visions of Mary Agreda.

In the encyclical of the Pope Pie XI on the unit of Christians, "Mortalium animos", 1928, it is surprising to note that there is no mention of the Holy Spirit, while in the encyclical of the Pope John-Paul II, "Ut unum sint", the "Holy Spirit" is mentioned 21 times.

When the religious tradition of the Orient refers in its lesson to the psychic nature of the man, it uses the knowledge of the "centers of force" called by Hindus Chakras (wheel) or again Padma (lotus). These centers are to the number of 7 majors, 21 averages and 49 minors, but only the 7 major ones held the attention because of their importance in the initiatory process.

The 21 leaves that contain the alchimical book of Abraham the Jew.

The 21 divisions of the "Yama loka", for the Indians.

Louis XVI became engaged on January 21, 1770, marries on June 21, 1770. He promulgated the suspension of a tax on January 21, 1782 and on January 21, 1784 an enormous obelisk of snow was raised for him on the place Louis XV. Louis XVI is arrested to Varennes on June 21, 1791 and goes up to the scaffold on January 21, 1793. Finally, the 5 letters of his first name added to XVI gives 21.

Number of letters of the Italian alphabet.

It is around the age of 20 or 21 years old that the man reach his final size. Moreover, at much of peoples, the age of 21 years old is chosen as the age of the majority. If the astral body of the man is completely developed at the age of 14 years old, the mental body reaches its full blooming at approximately 21 years old.

There are 21 amino-acids.

Magic square of 21:

5 12 4
6 7 8
10 2 9

Sum of number one to six, which is the total of the numbers written on the of die.

I think it is safe to conclude that Leigh Forrest is a direct decendant of Jesus Christ and Mary Magdalene or possibly he just can't kick very straight - it's definitely one of those two

Our coach, Paul Barber, confirmed at the helm for WOS next season. We didn't have a great season, but no-one laid the blame at his feet and he had some runs on the board taking us through two promotions and netting one flag.

Some good news to come out of Blodge is the re-appointment of Carey Payne for season 2012. Had an average season by his standards and by all reports is very eager to turn things around in 2012 with majority of the playing group committed to the cause. Might have to have a chat with a few of these upset Westy boys once the season is finished

Goodluck to Plympton and West Croydon this weekend, my tip is Plympton by 2 goals.

Stokesy can rub people up the wrong way he definitely doesn't hold back his opinion but he gets results got North Haven to a Prelim in Div 4 with an average player list. If it wasn't for Salisbury West being forced to stay in div 4 would have been a GF

Yes it is old news but i don't think it has been mentioned on here as of yet. $15k, if someone was going to pay us anything let alone $15k so they could coach i think we would of signed that deal up on the day! Never heard Bellman wants to come back but i did hear he was the sole reason we didn’t play finals this season. Not the fact that the competition was very equal and we lost roughly 6 other players, it was because we lost Bellman

I don't think Bellman was the reason, It didn't help you. The difference like you said you lost 1/2 dozen players and then if you get injury's, you need depth to cover for better player's. I think your "b" grade side this year was a middle of the table side like our 'B' grade last year, you had very good "b" grade side last year witched helps your "a" grade.

I'm a bit torn this week on who to go for.

Plympton - It would be nice not to have to be up at 7.30am to get ready to travel to Plympton for the early game, however I do see a lot of us in them. Good depth, always know you're in for a tough day in all 3 grades and an A grade side that can give supporters the highest of highs and the lowest of lows from week to week

West Croydon - I'm still scarred from 2005 and don't really enjoy travelling to Fawk Reserve. I think they have come a long way since back then though and have earned a lot of respect along the way. I still don't like them, but I respect them

So basically, I'd be happy to see either one of them go, but unhappy to see one of them stay!! ;)

Good luck to both sides this week and good luck to the winner in next week's GF and in Division 4 in 2012.

My tip: Plympton by 9pts
