Well done to Plympton on finally getting to Div 4. After round 5 being 1-4 who would have thought a Grand Final berth would eventuate. Will miss playing them with all the close games over the last 3 seasons..Good luck to them and Salisbury West next week and in 2012.FWIW will tip Plympton with the heart but the head says Salisbury West

Anyone would think Plympton have been stuck in Div 5 for 10 years or so, I do recall playing against them in Div 4 in 2004 and 2005 not that long ago. Or have they finished 3rd a few times, is that why the kudos ?

we got relegated to d5 in 2005 winless for the year... lost 3 prelims in 4 years....

YYYYOOOOOOOOUUUUU LITTLE BEAUTYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! For a club that hasnt been very successful lately it is so good to have the B grade in the grand final this weekend. The first grand final the club has played in about 6-7 years. Amazing effort by all involved with the Woodville South Football Club. Hopefully a sign of things to come next year..

Geez bad luck to West Croydon, what they did this year was a great effort, and would have been amazing had they capped it off with consecutive years of promotion.
Still, hope theyre are happy with what they achieved, and strive to go one step further next year. That club is definitely headed in the right direction.

Well done to Plympton on their win yesterday and on finally breaking the hoodoo.

WC had every opportunity to go up another Division but dying off in the second half of the season cost them IMO.

Bring on the GF this Saturday!

Welcome WOS, Fitzroy and Kenilworth back and Glenunga (not sure if they've been in the Div before) to the Division. It's sure going to be interesting with the Lions and the Rams facing up against each other.

Just wondering if your gonna print of your premiership shirts before the game and wear them to the ground like you guys did back in 2002??? Pretty funny considering u lost and blew a 35 point lead @ 3/4 time... Well it was funny for us.. Haha!!!
Seriously though... Congratulations, and wish both teams best of luck

Those changerooms are gawnski. Not sure when the new ones will be ready, but have a feeling the school changerooms will still be in use next year.

Agreed mate, that was the factor concerning me if we were good enough to get through to next weekend. Although i heard luthies only knocked off woody south by a goal in the 2nd semi so if its that close again woody south are a chance. Good luck to both teams
