Brahma Lodge would have to be favourite before a ball is kicked in anger, they where 1 or 2 all last year. They have lost a couple of players but have replaced what they have lost. There loses where a lot bigger a few months ago until players changed there mind and came back from Eastern Park / Gummeracha. The other two team's that made finals should be up there again - Plympton / Rosewater and I would think the other 7 clubs will battle in out for the other 2 finals position's.

You tell us MBD, where are you suiting up this year? Class player like you would be more than valuable in any team.

Not sure if Bear will be getting an A grade berth this season. He's been in a bit of a paddock over the summer.

He's squishy ;)

No mate, we'll leave outlandish stupid statements eg " we could beat a Div 1 reserve sides" to the experts...

And take your sunnies off inside.

Come on Brahma Lodge where are you? Surely there's an SANFL reserves side that you guys can beat?? Come on!

Trying to play down Hope Valley a little bit there DJ? With the numbers you guys have been having on the track and the amount of "Ins" to your club at the moment I would expect Hope Vally to be right up there this year in all grades.

Dont worry Jabber I am sure at some stage through out the year there will be some body from each club that comes on here and tells everybody how good there team is. Lets stop living in the past and bringing up comments made by people. Its a new season and and at this stage every club will have high hopes of playing finals. Good luck to all.

I don't think that comment can be let go no matter how many years ago it was, I think that particular comment should be etched into the Safooty.net Hall of Fame.

Fair call that one but I dont think that was the best one to come from that poster  Although it is interesting reading the thread about teams from this grade V higher grades reserve sides. Would seem he is not the only that thinks that way.

Injuries will be the key this year for us bigshow. I would expect us to play finals with a full squad on the park. Depth is there at the moment which is a good sign. How are your boys shaping up?

I doubt it. Lost the 2nd best ruckman in division last year and their nearly 100 goal full forward. Im gonna go out on a limb here and predict Brahma Lodge to finish....... 3rd ;)

Hard to say at the moment. A few outs and a few ins. Depth could be tested this year with a few B grade players following Schelly out to Salisbury West. Injuries are always hard to cover and I think will be the key for all clubs. Hoping all 3 grades improve on last year.
