You ever thought the 8 team comp and player movement is by design for TV ratings? It means even a random game between thunder and hurricanes may hold some interest for people in every state as there is a player from every state in the game. IMO has to help ratings. As opposed to how often would you watch GWS play Freo on a random weeknight?

It's totally designed for TV ratings, I just think that there are a lot of shit players getting a game.
