This article from July states that 15 of the 23 games would be televised - so thats a good thing.

http://www.cricket.com.au/news/matador- ... 2015-07-09

still very strange that none of the three were on TV on the long weekend.

that makes sense - every sports cameraman in NSW would have been at the NRL GF, and they wouldnt have flown crews and production teams in for a matador cup game

Becoming embarrassing.. may not even last as long as the Canberra Comets!

Get D'Arcy Short and Nathan Price into the side..

Do the games against the CA XI have full List A status?

If so, what determines List A status? Is it something that CA can just decide, or does it need to be ticked off by the ICC or something?

It is part of the "premier one day tournament", so that probably means it counts, but not sure

I've not had the pleasure of that ground.... I guess the sliding save into the boundary rope (in this case asphalt) is not encouraged?!?

They shouldn't count! Gifting blokes games of the premier format in limited overs Professional cricket. The ICC should be overruling CA here telling them how it is much like how the Australia A team was removed from ODI cricket in 1994/95.

The death penalty can never be excused as it allows a state a means by which it can pick and choose who is fit to live and who isnt
