Bowling bonus: 0.5 points for taking wickets 5,7,9 in the first 100 overs of the first innings of each team only

Gives even more incentive to declare early (before they lose 9 or 7 wickets).

Actually not sure, thought there was something for first innings but I think it's more to do with what happens in the first 100 overs in terms of runs/wickets

An amazing 458 in the days play which included 73 FOURS and 1 SIX. Thats a boundary at a rate of better than i in every 8 balls
