My thoughts on the first session

- Opening partnership looks the goods, complimented each other well
- Mark Taylor - "crowd looks good"... Not to me it doesn't
- NZ use of the referral was awful
- The off spinner with 2 first names and no surname shouldn't trouble us too much at any location
- Bat like its a test match and you reap the rewards 0/100
- If you get through the Kiwi new ball pair the rest of their attack looks unlikely to rip through us
- Australia have won the session comprehensively
- We have set ourselves up to be 4/300+ By the close of play
- One of these 2 needs to cash in and get that big hundred
-Perhaps the NZ strength will be in their batting Guptill, McCallum and Taylor all stars and Williamson world class and Martin Crowe like
- BMacs captaincy will have you scratching your head at times this Summer
- Commentary juvenile antics where at a minimum. No Warney present. Coincidence? I think not! No one was trying to impress him and be his mate
- Ian Smith will take the commentary to another level this Summer and hopefully call them out when he needs too.

All in all a bloody good session of test cricket and a great start to the Summer of cricket

Why cant curators produce a pitch in between the doctored raging seamers of England and these lifeless flat roads of Australia?

This is when the Mrs usually asks "Who's winning?"

I just mentioned to the Mrs how unusual it was they had an 8/1 field. She asked if they had 8 men on the leg side. God bless her for trying  she did admit to forgetting what the other one was called

I'm seeing a Northern Ireland girl, took her to the Ireland World Cup game at AO earlier in the year.

Over still means something you score in galic football though.

Though she has found a spot in her heart to hate Eoin Morgan

So she's a violent drunk? Lol

Hammer. Nail. Head.

Taylor and Healy had their mouths full when Warnie was in the box with them, nuts on their chin type stuff. It was terrible to listen to.

Great call mate.

Good knock Joseph. Don't mind seeing someone get out to a good nut in the right areas.

McCullum at the fall of wicket brings on Craig David, WTF! My boy Smithy is all over it. Strange move indeed.

If Uzi can get a start here and these two are there at tea I can't see us losing this test.
