The guy MT79 is having a crack at is one of Australia greatest ODI players ever

Mal,
They play on postage stamps these days.
Add to that pitches made for runs.
Your figures are irrelevant.

Are they Watsons numbers?

I didn't realize he had such a good 1 day record

Give us last seasons Mal.
The go is surely going in reverse.

It would have to go in reverse at some stage because it has been so good for so long
Dunno what last seasons records were
You take the overall career as a guide
If he has 2 bad years in ODIs then perhaps we can scrutinise this further

Anyway , we should not get his ODI career career compared to his test career
He deserves a spot in tests , but some criticisms of his career at that level, are valid

I made 1 in my last innings
Don Bradman made 0 in his last innings
We didn't maintain our form either

To base an argument on 2 innings is IRRELEVANT
When he fails in 10 of his next 12 digs quote this argument forward so I can agree with you

Well one thing for sure
He WILL maintain or improve on his last 2 innings

Mal,
My point is he keeps getting out the same way time and time again and is doing nothing about it.
It's unprofessional and it's a disgrace that we have to watch it.
South Africa will sort him as well.
He's a bowling machine addict and it shows.
At least he can hold a conversation with one I suppose.
