Cmon Heaters. This will be huge for the Strikers if the Heat knock off the Thunder.

What an over 25 off it, a dropped catch, dot ball, 105m 6....it had it all.

40 off 24 with 7 wickets in hand.

Yeah. Reardon got lucky. Blokes slipping over everywhere. For the sake of the Strikers I'm happy, but they should be off.

Chris Lynn is seriously good to watch.

For the sake of the Strikers- Carn Brisbane!

When a bloke is smashed in the neck from a skidding ball on the pitch and other blokes are going tit up on a rock hard surface whilst playing a shot I personally think they should go off. Entertainment can take a back seat for safety especially after some serious issues last year.

Over reaction much?

As long as the players can stand up and they can, the umpires are doing the right thing changing the ball as often as required.
This should be the one advantage of 20/20 cricket, it can be played in rain, they dont have to worry about damage to the pitch

As I said mate it helps Adelaide so I'm happy. When people get hit its not good. Anyway it's over well done Brisbane.

I watched NZ knock off South Africa in a huge upset in much worse rain led by a brilliant Steven Fleming ton in a World Cup game. It was back when they asked the batsmen if they wanted to go off. He said he loved the ball skidding onto the bat and he wanted it real bad, it was great cricket.

IMO opinion they go off way too easily and I love the fact they stayed out there. Accidents will happen in the rain and the dry. I enjoy a contest when players are taken outside their comfort zone and need to show a bit of steel.

Thought the Thunder ended up looking like front runners tonight and really missed Kallis with the ball.

A good win on Tuesday and the Strikers will have one foot in the semi final door and a shot at redemption from last year. 8)

Just watched the sports news, Craig Simmons will be dropped for Jake Lehmann for the Strikers match against the Scorchers tomorrow night.

What a waste of a signing, if only there was a clause in his contract if he gets dropped it voids the other 1.5 seasons left.

The only way Simmons would get runs is if he had a clause in his contract that he must be dropped by the fielders at least 5 times per innings like he did when playing for Perth. He's dead set rubbish.... Take the 100k a year hit and piss him off.
