Shane Warne has - which im fine with. On his overseas stints he is very good, so that tells me that its Ch9's fault that he sometimes talks too much about random other shit

So far its

Warne, Adam Gilchrist, Mark Waugh, Allan Border, Brendon Julian, Michael Hussey, Michael Vaughan, Isa Guha and Mel Jones

you would think they would be going hard for Ponting too

Ponting signed with 7 as the front man. @bennymacca

ah yes, forgot about that. im kinda surprised that there will be two fully separate commentary teams, I thought it might have been more like the footy or their current overseas cricket coverage where they have a studio panel but divert to other commentators, but the above list suggests otherwise.

Bar Mark Waugh that's a decent lineup. They could do worse than see if Alison Mitchell is available for a guest stint as well, she's a good operator.

Lisa Sthalekar
Mel McLaughlin
Abbey Gelmi.

Also Bruce McAvaney might be welcoming us to Boxing Day.......

Yep, he's a great cricket commentator. It must be 15 or 20 years since he's done it though.

Agreed. Tim Lane is one of the best going around.
Stoked I don't have to see or hear Mark Nicholas, unfortunately we still have to listen to Slater.

Yes

Similar arrangement to the footy

Fox sports 1 being rebranded as fox cricket in late sept

Will show every ball of every game

Ch7 will have tests and most of the bbl but won’t have ODIs or T20Is

Unlike footy it seems like they will have seperate commentary teams for each game
