SHOULD have this in the bag, but I don't want to get ahead of myself.

I can't believe i thought the Saffies were the best in the world, what was I thinking!!

Morkel out caught behind.

WHY did he refer that? What a tool. It was a clear edge and taken cleanly by Haddin. He would have known he edged it so why refer?

That is two obvious ones this Test that the Saffies have referred with Amla's LBW in the first dig referred also despite the fact it was plumb.

Morkel one, caught Haddin (between his legs) bowled Katich. 8/363, one wicket to go.

This is what I hate - players can refer just for the heck of it when they know damn well they're out. This is supposed to be a system for close, controversial calls ffs.

Great effort from the Aussies. To go over there and win the first two Tests is a massive effort and one of the biggest achievements for some time. =D> =D> =D> =D> =D>

3 nil is the key, hopefully see Johnson havea real crack again and Hughes to make some runs again.
i hope this third test allows michael hussey to get back into form in time for the ashes!
could brett geeves come in for McDonald? could it be hauritz? could it McGain?
would we lose that much with the bat if its geeves??
good to see katich get a bowl n take some wickets!!

Maybe they just couldn't believe that Mitch Johnson swung the ball.

If I was part of the Australian brains trust I'd be putting Siddle in cotton wool to get his foot right. No point bowling him into a stress fracture with teh ASHES 18 weeks away.
Let that be a lesson to you Port, no one beats the Bays five times in a row in a GF and gets away with it!!!

Back from work, just saw the wickets, how freaking good was Hilf's dismissal of Duminy?

I was so disappointed I missed tonight's play. After last night's play I wasn't entirely convinced that we would be able to bowl them out today but this is a great result. I saw some of the highlights on the news channel and I freely admit I never thought we would win this series. I felt we would be competitive and would go down either 2-1 or 2-0. To take a 2-0 lead already in this series is IMO one of our greatest performances in recent times behind the 5-0 flogging last Ashes series.

The series is over, we're still No.1 so with a busy schedule ahead just rest anyone with more than minor niggles. I don't know how he looked tonight but I'd seriously consider resting Siddle for the final Test.
