The quartet of Starc, Hazlewood, Cummins and Lyon have now taken 400 test wickets combined whilst playing in the same team.

Cummins now has ten 5 wicket hauls in test cricket and now has 247 test wickets, one behind Richie Benaud.

A park cricketer would be upset getting out in that fashion right on lunch. Terrible batting.
Next session is huge, we lose 2-3 and may be in a spot a bother but if we bat through unscathed we will nearly lead by enough

Its like him and Smith have a contest to see who can take the longest to get off the ground.

Is the incoming batsman at the crease & ready?
No?
Then there's no need to rush off!
It shouldn't make you cranky...........unless you just don't like him.

Carry the bat by the handle and get the f*ck off.

Smith nearly shaking his own head off yesterday before reviewing an LBW.

Cummins running to Carey for a caught behind not looking back at the umpire.

All petulant behaviour.

Maybe its time for Marnus to be fined for dissent. Smith most certainly should be.
Lets put a stop to it for good, we dont need thousands of kids carrying on like this in the future. Its already irritating enough with the young generation shouting "no run" when its not required, exaggerating their leaves and posing for the camera after every ball

At least he could take as long as he wanted this time. Would have just missed out on the caviar and gatorade ;)

Yeah real decent. Kind of feel Stokes is a tad lucky. Average 36 with bat 32 with ball has him in the discussion for sure but yeah just think is a tad lucky. If it wasnt for a couple of freakish innings Kallis is ahead of him no doubt.

Always a discussion where the West Indian fast bowlers fit into it.......surely got to squeeze one of Marshall, Walsh, Ambrose in there. Thompson the one to make way, loved by blokes from the 70's because of his sheer speed and excitement but 200 wickets at 28 hardly compares to West Indian bowlers.

Must admit I struggle to listen to Jim these days. He's 73, often seems a bit cranky and just doesn't engage the listener like he did in his prime. Bit of Chappelli about the direction he has headed in recent years. Is Dirk Nannes commentating this series. I don't recall hearing him as yet but I do enjoy his work as special comments.

Gilchrist opening? Could swap him with Tendulkar.

Not real sure how Akram and Ambrose didn’t get a mention.

Stokes is a poor man’s Kallis, he can turn it on but Kallis was as consistent as they come.
