No footwork whatsoever in both innings.

Seems to be the modern way, Move ya foot about 1 inch and flay the bat about 2 feet away from it

Mind you having said that, past SA Left Handed Legends Boof and Hooksey batted like that with great success but maybe they were in a different class to others to be able to get away with it

thats why they werent regular test players

They lost 6/3, that is disgraceful!!

Tim Nielsen should be first to go, he is a cancer on that group, has way too much say which is not in his job portfolio!

Did I hear correctly at work we lost our last 5 wickets for 3 runs?

surely not? Not even the Backs could manage that?

Too good a player to have dished up what he has so far this season

I wonder if he'll spend another winter up in Brisbane at the Centre of Excellence?

Took his focus off the long version of the game. Another youngster seduced by the lower hanging fruit of the Twenty 20s.

Rather not even reflect on SAs debacle.... it has an extremely familiar ring to it.....

The great news out of this round of matches is the stellar performances from Harris, Burns, Bancroft, Head and Patterson. Just what was required with not one of these lads scoring less than 50 in a total of nine innings between them.
Only Labuschagne of the Ashes prospects missed the boat but he still made a couple of starts.

Yep, excellent signs for us at this stage. Wrapped for Bancroft to come back in and have immediate success.

And Bancroft's second innings dismissal from this afternoon, O'Keefe's delivery and then Nevill's stumping to dismiss him were brilliant, Nevill was a quick as a flash!

Lehmann's run out of Wakim was pretty good too.
