Alex Carey tons up in today's practice match opening.

He's at least stitched up the openers spot for the Matador....

12th Worrall

Wouldn't think Worrall will start as 12th - especially given he's in the Aus A squad.. He slots into 10 and push everyone up a spot I'm thinking.

That's still a pretty handy lineup - is there any chance a youngster like Agar or Grant might get a crack?

Yeah Gaz has given it away. To my knowledge at this stage he isn't even going to play Grade Cricket.

Glenn Maxwell has attempted to move to NSW but Victoria blocked the move. Seems he tried after a 6 week window for Central contracted players closed.

Wrong state Glenn should have moved a bit West of Melbourne if you wanted your national team spot back. Baggy Reds get you baggy greens now days ;)

Callum Furguson hit 122 for the Western Grit today in his first competitive match since injuring his knee 9 months ago. Very promising signs, he couldn't of asked for a better return.
