Fraser -McGurk was at it again overnight scoring 84 off 27 balls, out in the 7th over with the score on 114.

His innings ensuring the Capitals beat Mumbai

For Mumbai Tim David 37 (17) nearly pulled a win out the hat

In the other game, we saw why cricket is such a great game.

Marcus Stoinis after a brilliant hundred a few nights ago got an absolute seed 4th ball which sent middle and off stumps cartwheeling out the ground having not troubled the scorer

Not much to post on the Aussie performances last night in the IPL

However as good as Travis Heads been this Englishman went even better

Will Jacks' first 50 took 31 balls... his second 50 took 10

Even Virat Kohli was in awe of the Englishman pissing himself laughing at the non strikers end

Jacks took 29 off Rashid Khans last over 4 x 6

Was Starcs only wicket as he got plastered all over ther park once again 1/43 (3)

His form is a real worry, afterv getting pasted in his last over few nights ago for nearly 30 his first 3 balls this innings went flying to or over the fence as well

Another failure with the bat overnight by Glen Maxwell and he is copping it from the media and former players

His scores in this IPL have been 0,3,28, 0, 1, 0, 4

One media outlet has branded him the most over rated player ever in the history of IPL

Hopefully he saving all his runs for Australia

I watched the highlights of the Head and Abhishek partnership earlier today as Fox Cricket posted them on their YouTube channel and looked at the scores. They dined out on a bowling attack that is mostly Indian domestic cricketers, no stars, Bishnoi has played for India and Naveen for Afghanistan but there was obviously no demons in that attack or the pitch. Head just does what he wants in this tournament, off spin obviously having no effect on him on those pitches.

I've played on synthetic pitches with more juice in them than what the Indian curators are preparing.

I'm not sure if these monster scores are great for their competition long term.
Dave Warner will be missed!
