Amazing athletes. After 2 hours just 7 seconds separated the first 7 swimmers in a sprint finish.

It's take me 'this long' to find a good site that provides a schedule for the days events.

You expected anything else?
The best in the world v a team who barely scraped into the playoffs. They shouldn’t get within 30 of the US

No, didn't expect them to win, but thought they might have stayed in the game a little longer than 5 minutes. Completely outclassed today.

9 turnovers in the first quarter alone doesn't help much

A dominant scoring centre would have been handy today...

The team of Mat Belcher and Will Ryan in the 470 class sailing bring home Australia's 15th gold medal.

They only had to start and finish the race without controversy to win it. They ended up winning the race.

What an odd scoring system that this can happen but awesome!

I think their worst result was 8th which didn't count in the scoring. All the other races I think they finished either 1st or 2nd

There was a 3rd, 4th and 5th in there.

Had to look it up. Dominant performance anyway

Kiwis absolutely stuff the bronze medal ride off in the team’s pursuit. Once you get under the wheel on the velodrome you’ve got to stay there, not try to flick up the track. Rookie error.

I hope the lads who’s handle bars snapped in qualifying gets a medal, poor bugger.

The two girls in 1500m both make the final, Hull and Hall.

Hull broke Australian record. Pity her voice is so bloody annoying
