Happy in a way that we are out because now it will force the club to spend money in January.
Like most supporters i was angry when Fergie commented that he believed this squad was good enough to win Europe when we knew our squad was ordinary. We wont win a trophy this season due to Fergies stubborness, Sneijder had to come in.
Hopefully some heads will roll.
Im actually more pissed that i missed out on $9400, needed Lille to win on my multi. Had all 7 other results

Hopefully this does give them the kick up the arse they needed. The first month or so of the season seems a long time ago now, if they keep this form up they won't even qualify for next years competition. Hopefully Fergie bloods the kids in the Europa even though it would be nice to knock City out if we get the opportunity.

Phil Jones with 2 goals in 1 week the only small positive.

another round of 16 pitting the Italians against the english. Napoli - Chelsea and Milan - Arsenal are stand out match ups of the round. Napoli are a better chance the milan to go through i believe, Milan dont have the pace to cope with Arsenal, going to need Ibra to stand up if they wanna progress.

United may end up back in the CL.
The Swiss FA have been given the ultimatum to sanction Sion over a breach of transfer day embargo or Switzerland will be thrown out of all European football comps. This would mean Basel would be removed and United would face Bayern Munich. The Swiss FA are hopeful of resolving this ASAP

Yeh of course United would be given the easy option to come back into the CL. Pathetic.

Dont blame us.
Not a fan of it. We were not good enough and dont deserve to be there.
Have a feeling it will get sorted out.
Sion were thrown out of Europa League and Celtic got back in earlier in season so im not sure the Swiss can do much more, maybe ban them for years or drop them a division.

I saw 15 mins of the barca game and BL where just attacking and taking the risk of cOmmitting players forward. They were punished doing it with the first goal but havent seen the others yet!

Messi scores as per the norm.
Hear Mertesacker wont play tomorrow against Milan, greatly improves your chances of getting a result IMO

Milan 4-0 Arsenal
Arsenal were absolutely smashed, RVP had a couple of good chances but apart from that they were totally outclassed.
Might aswell play kids in the 2nd leg, Milan wont concede 4 goals to any side, they are rock solid at the back. Arsenal need to write this one off and throw everything at the legue now

And to think the Prince being an ex Spurs man would score the opener.

It was like a fairy tale.
Always rated the prince, he just didnt work hard enough at Spurs and loved the party life more than football. Great to see he's resurrected his career and worked hard cos he's an unbelievable talent.

Anyone else seen his michael jackson thriller dance from when Milan celebrated their league win? Epic stuff

Dont act like your the only team to knock out Milan. Such as the success spurs have had that would of been like winning the league knocking them out.
