Generally with CL matches the Arkabar doesn't open so most head to the Casino who have BeIN. Not a lot go but seeing as its at the knockout stage few might. An event normally pops up in the week leading to the match

Juve have hit back from 2-0 down, 2-2 now.
Messi just gave Barca a well deserved lead

thought arsenal had the better of the chances before barca scored, even though barca had almost all the possession. oxlade-chamberlain had it 1m out with the keeper on the ground and hit it straight at ter stergen.

Barca deserved the win in the end though

It was pretty awesome to see the barca front three do what they do, even though I thought arsenal defended well.

Not worth creating a thread for the Mickey Mouse cup but United have Liverpool in the last 16.
Shakhtar v Anderlecht
Basel v Sevilla
Villarreal v Leverkusen
Liverpool v United
Ath Bilbao v Valencia
Sparta Prague v Lazio
Dortmund v Spurs
Fenerbahce v Braga

Hard draw for Spurs but after smashing Fiorinatina no one should really scare us, getting a nice practise run for next season.

Quarter finals are done and the semi finalists are

Man City who beat PSG
Real Madrid beat Wolfsburg
Bayern beat Benfica
Atletico beat Barcelona

Barcelona struggle big time against Atletico. I hope they can go on and win it but it'll be tough.

Any idea when the semi draw is?

Draw tomorrow, they do it after the Europa games so they can get both draws done at same time

Aha. So I'm hoping for

Atletico v Real
Bayern v Man City

I reckon Atletico can knock off Real then play Bayern in the final. ..

Real win in penalties.
Atletico unlucky as they scored the only legitimate goal of the game and played well.
Another eg of how soccer can just be a toss of the coin when it comes to finals/knockouts.

Not sure about lucky, thought Real were the better side on the night. They created more and had the better chances, Greizmann missed a pen early in the second half which would of changed the game drastically. Once it gets to pens though you are right that it is just a toss of the coin.
Never been a fan of the shootout, just keep playing until a goal is scored, if that takes 4 hours so be it
