Mine was in relation to Divers piss poor attempt at a troll, when his own ladder leading, undefeated club could only provide 2 representatives. The mercenaries mustn't get paid for rep games...

No real standout games but Shoes need to put up a fight if they want to stay in touch with finals.

To be blunt, they had the absolute snot kicked out of them. I worry for their future, I really do. They played in a GF in 2023, and look lightyears away from returning. The usual bunch of mercenaries they employ look horrid, Mott looks like he has the weight of the world on his shoulders (and played like it), and from all accounts there was quite a bit of squabbling amongst the Shoes players during the game.
Their B grade looked like a bunch of C graders at best, and their 17'5s rely on 9 top-ups from Cove.
Combined scores of the 3 most important grades for your senior club were 69 to 422.

This is what happens when you focus on buying flags (and failing) instead of developing juniors.

Would agree with all of that, Shoes need a statement after the Flaggies game. Christies & Cove should have percentage boosters.
Reynella play their oval really well, could be a flip of the coin that game.
Porties & Falcons, depends which Flagstaff team rocks up. If it's the side that belted Noarlunga, it will be a cracking game. If it's the side that mucked around with the footy against the Vikings, it'll be the Cockledivers in a canter.

Defending a 4 point lead, with the howling gale now reduced to a light breeze, Jarman plays a loose man in defence.
Flaggies score after a Sproule turnover, loose man remains in defence despite being down by 2 points.
Flaggies score another off a Sproule turnover, loose man remains, despite now being 8 points down.
Porties lose by 7 points
Don't think Fitzy even waited for the siren to finish before he jumped in his car and went home.

Certainly putting the Noarlunga into Port Noarlunga. Hearing on the grapevine about a few grumbles coming out of their playing group about blokes getting picked for A grade who are mates with the coach.

Their B grade side on the weekend was stacked.
