Noarlunga posting about recruiting a Kenilworth reserves player. Seems concerning.
From a struggling Div 4 - Now Div 5 club

They've lost a lot of players since the end of the season, A graders in particular, and haven't seemed to have been able to attract any big names. With juniors struggling in recent times for numbers, there's not a whole lot coming through where as some other clubs see 10-12 move into seniors from u17s in one year. The result unfortunately is what we are seeing, and may be seen as a survival mode tactic to mask an exodus.

All clubs go through a tough period at some stage, it's Noarlunga's turn as they have not set up the junior programme. I am sure they will come out the other side and hopefully learn a lesson about club structure, just need to look at the big clubs in the SFL and the junior systems they have in place to see it works.
