:ymapplause:

i know where your coming from clopsy, think you may have worded a lil wrong but i agree you cant judge a coach or even rate him after only half a pre season. Sure you can judge him on what he's done so far wich from what im told from my sources at the flies is very good!!

as for you P32 my tip to you is just concentrate on your footy for now buddy, i'm telling you there is no player in the Southern Football League under more pressure than you to perform week in week out and help the flies make there Wrongs right!! how do i know this you ask, well believe me or not but my sources at the flies tell me there not to happy you posting on the forum and bringing extra unwanted attention to the club..

The Banter you here from the sidelines this season should be extreamely interesting. Big target on your back from other teams and there supporters. :finga:

Good luck baller, this league is a little different to what you have played in before!

Without getting into the debate about whether Early is a good coach or not (time will tell Panther, Flyer and t express), why would a bloke in his position leave a team that has played in the last 5 grand finals? When you consider his son plays for the Emus, was his motivation the challenge of getting the wineflys to the top of the competition?

You would think that if successful he will be the greatest coach ever for achieving the impossible. If unsuccesful, will the knives be out and where does that leave his future coaching career? Some Reynella boys have confirmed a culture change is needed for success, so that would indicate a few years are needed for Early to slowly implement change. Are Reynella going to be that patient?

My prediction (and its a confident one) ---- Early to remain at Reynella for a few seasons, developing a Premiership side. Under his tenure that elusive Flag will be hanging on the wall ---- not this year, but soon afterwards.

Any clubs not filled all their juniour trial games as Noarlunga under 16 side is looking for a trial.

21 March would be a good spot but we would look at all options.

So pm me or call the club.

You know as much as I do Lion Heart old Agro loves to pump his tyres a bit to make it seem alot sweeter than actually is. You can believe Aldinga would pay someone that much if you want no dramas on our part, we'd love to think we had that much.

That's exactly what I'm basing my prediction on. Earl will demand it. If they are smart they'll stick with him until it happens.

BTP and Zooman...if players are soft, is that something a coach can teach out of them??? Unless there is new blood amongst the playing group, or some juniors with c**t in them move up the grades surely the softness factor wont improve in the short term?

That kind of change can only be brought about with a 3 to 4 year plan. What the longest stint a coach has had at Reynella in the last 10 years?

If Early finds some unworkable softness he'll replace them with players that have the mettle.
This is a huge test for the Wineflies --- especially those who decide how long the guy stays.
We are about to find out if Reynella has the ability to do what it takes. My hunch is they will recognise this opportunity and run with it.

Didn't mention the word soft I think the culture is wrong and culture of a club isn't something that will change overnight. Once again it comes back to the powers that be having the balls to stand by their decision and not try something new at the first sign of trouble.

Took Pottsy 4 years to take us from bottom of the ladder to a flag but I doubt anyone wanted to get rid of him at any time during that rebuilding.
