1. If that is the issue, play the 2nd teams in a separate competition (ladder) yet program them in the gaps to smooth out the draw (they have done this in the past), may make the div 2 juniors unbalanced and a little complicated to program but the focus is on allowing the kids to play games and the premiership for this grade is rather meaningless anyway.
2. Brighton and Cove both currently fill a Saturday side - I do not see what the issue is here
3. Some kids in single team clubs get pummelled by the first teams of multiple team clubs - that is football and maybe that will make some of these excess kids want to join the single team clubs and even out the competition as a result.
4. If the kids are worried about not getting to play at home, suck it up, either play for the club you want to and work harder to make the first team, or join another club if you want to play at home.
Pretty simple really
1. I'm sure a premiership to the sunday juniors or saturday div2 would mean something to the players, parents, and coaches even if it doesn't to you
2. Brighton and Cove can field two team with college kids and probably only one without. Would you prefer these kids to have ties to the SFL or just Sacred Heart when they finish high school?
3 and 4. I'd rather have more kids playing and enjoying football, resulting in more seniors than a few people getting put out on a saturday. Kids want to play competitive football and with their mates; if that is not their, often they'll go play another sport.
Ask yourself, Are you more interested in having more kids playing football or having a few people put on a saturday.
Perhaps you should "suck it up".
I am keen to see as many kids play in our comp as possible, however I do not agree with destroying the format of our competition for the minority who are playing for another team anyhow.

SFL muzzle strikes again!
