What are your thoughts re players coming back to THEIR clubs when SA or any other SANFL club has a bye?
My mail has Ash has not played much footy of late and it would be in his and SA interest to get some game time under his belt.
We are in the same boat and believe this is an area SA can improve.

We would love to have Ash back shoeboy he is such an important player to our side but i spose that is totally up to Clay Sampson if the player is released back to his local side or not. They are South Adelaide players now and unless they need to find form or are coming back from injury we wont see them.

I would have thought that Ash having only played half a game all pre season due to a knee injury it would have been in his best interests to play this week but South preferred he had another week off and play reserves the following week. Under previous coaches reserves and junior players were always released to their local club during byes.

if you are talking about the BIG RED FIRE ENGINE Ash Baxter Hills i doubt wether South will make him available this week although he does need the match practice after missing last month with a knee injury.

it would be good to see the big red match up on clayton lavender again! even with his bigger new arms he would still think twice about giving clayton a cheapy after last time!!

How that Baxter bloke never managed to atleast get on a rookie list is beyond me!!

Some very interesting ins for the saints could explain why sween dog is so confident. Two from the traditionally strong Mallee Park and one from AFLNT could be very handy but epen$ive players!

The club has been in worst position than this and Im sure with the character of the group we will be OK Tim Heath is obviously dissapointing after playing a trial and committing to play and next minute you get a clearance in without any correspondance. That one will be played out a little further

yeah I thought that he had already comitted to you guys. I know his licence was a factor but still no excuse for not voicing his concerns.

Big Simon gone aswell? I thought he wasn't playing this year, is it his knees again? Knowing you guys well, as you said im sure you will be fine and have a great group of kids to help out. You have been the most unlucky group in the past couple of seasons with injuries that's for sure.

The hardness of the grounds over the past 2 years hasn't helped but maybe the lovely spongey green surface at Cockleland has been looking after your blokes too much?

Shoe boy Matt Patterson has been great the guys are keener and fitter than last season but we have lost some quality players Tyler Green, Jimmy Mclean, Liam Harris, Scott Patching so our depth will be severely tested again.

I had heard you had picked up some good lads? Maybe give Shaun Collet a call last time we had a chat he told me he would love a kick and watching him have a kick with the lads showed he is no fool.

How has the oval come up?

The only thing foolish about Shauno is his poker!! We would welcome him back to have a kick with the Lions he was a sight to behold streaming out of defence with his long hair sailing in the breeze back in the day!!

Hey mole have heard that flaggy boys can't get along at all that come game day the backs have to stay in the back 3rd the midfield stay put in the middle 3rd and the forwards stay in their 3rd. Also when the forwards make a lead they have to hold up a white flag and ask nicely for the ball. Training is done in cages with the star force on had. Mate what kind of club is this?

Hey GTP, i was asking a question on how the boys pulled up after their antics, to be told that i know nothing about what happened (by someone who obviously knew nothing about what happened, and admitted they werent there) and then was told that i had embarassed myself, cos i was wrong. When i was right there and seen everything that happened. I was simply asking a question as i hadnt heard anymore on the subject and now you guys are all ganging up on me and having a go.
