13th May Info session at Aami stadium.

The Player games played history to be added to footyweb has been brought up before and will be again at the above session. There seems to be some issue at this stage in writing a program for this to be loaded only as archived files - Not Yet Resolved.

That's what I have been told about player games and all that. I have doubts about how accurate it will be aswell as I know a few people who have played plenty mor than the old system said they had.

difference is reynella has played someone. reynella on top only people from bice think they are top

I'm glad we have cleared this arguement up... ;)

Brighton to beat Townies by 3 goals mainly because it's at Brighton and the sun is shining.
Flagstaff Hill to finally get on the board but will be a close game. Even though being struck with the Swine flu, Asert to get BOG in a big win! ;)
Marion to beat Hackham but will kick their biggest score for the year so far.
Reynella to get up over a desperate Happy Valley outfit.
Morphett Vale to put Christies back in their box winning by 8 goals.
Morphy Park to good for OSB/Lonsdale winning by 10 goals. Watch out for the Big Seb!
Pt Noarlunga and Noarlunga to have a cracker of a game, Pt Noarlunga desperate for the win, Noarlunga a team with plenty of confidence at the minute...Pt Noarlunga by a point after the siren!

Not bad for a bloke that doesn't know much about the league...
Brighton by 2.5, only 1 point off!
Flagstaff over Aldinga in what has been described as a close game. Did Asert get BOG??? ;)
Marion beat Hackham but was way off of Hackhams biggest score this year.
Reynella got over a desperate Happy Valley
MV definitely put CB back in their box but 8 goals was a little understated!
Morphy Park beat OSB/Lonsdale by 9 goals 15 points so not far off there.
And Pt Noarlunga beat Noarlunga, unfortunately wasn't the ending I described.

How did Townies go against Brighton? From a Brighton player I was told they should have won by more?
The only time i've ever been wrong...was when I thought I was wrong!!!

Brighton v E'town was an interesting game. Bombers had 3 goals on board before Townies had touched the footy but after that Townies just plugged away and managed to get the ball to Golding isolated one-on-one. His 6 goals out of 9 kept them in it. Bombers should have led by more than 17 pts at half-time and just went to sleep in 3rd and allowed a Townies lead of 10 points at 3 qtr time. Bombers erased deficit in first minute of last and won the game running away. In my somewhat biased opinion I think the 17 pt final margin flattered the Townies a bit. Our B grade won by 70 points so maybe that reflects what stocks the Townies have on the shelf. The Townies record to date and what I saw on Saturday suggests they are a formidable outfit. Any weakness may be shortish key defenders and a heavy reliance on Golding and Hibberd to kick their goals. Both are no spring chickens, and injuries and soreness take their toll on all veterans.

this game sounds very similar (accept the b grade result) to what happened the week before when townies played m/vale.i think they maybe in big trouble without golding thats for sure.

Shane would be welcome back and am sure Ratsy would include Shane in the squad.
Shane currently trains with the squad and also trains with the seniour squad when they split so as long as Shane follows the team rules we would love Shane back.

Also only 12 months of his club life membership.

Hey Shoeboy,

What did he do ?
Saw him play in a trial earlier in the year pretty tall but probably needs to put on a couple of kilos to be able to play ruck every week.
