Townies V Reynella Would love to be at this one and look forward to the fly's post. The loss of big Milo sways me to a Townie win.

What if I was to tell you Milo is playing Shoe Boy, would that sway your opinion?

P32 I hear Milo was on fire untill PING ? in the 1st quater.

Obviously Milo is a key player for us as he gives us plenty of rebound of the half back line so it was disappointing to lose him for the second game in a row. Probably should've taken the extra week off but he wasn't to know. I think he's always injured this time of year just so he doesn't have to play Association footy! ;)
The only time i've ever been wrong...was when I thought I was wrong!!!

pretty sure they wont pick him p32 they usually try and give it to guys who havent played league footy. well they used to anyway. well done to the shoes good scalp and christies with the draw youd have to think this will hurt the other teams all going for the bottom of the 8. it will come down to who does the best against the top teams ie who can snag the underdog wins like shoes and who has the easy draw.almost called it sweendog good call. hope aaron peterson a speedy recovery he will be a very big loss for porties hopefully the sherbets will still be waiting for him medal night...

now i'm with you. Played centre half forward so was only down the end our b grade was for 2 of the 4. They were behind the goals on the road end. I thought they were ok behaved i just didn't realise protocol was all alcohol had to be bought from the establishment as i'm never watching.

very good dicipline from all. umpires were very good no complaints from me. there were a few heated moments between players but the umps let it go and made for a very interesting game.

as a player i thought the free kick was there i was only 20m away from the contest. there is no one to blame except ourselves for letting them back in it!

Free kick was there.
As for Christies' discipline, there was nothing wrong with it last Saturday ---- just ask Cove

Noarlunga and Christies ---- how do you follow their form ? Maybe the answer is to check who they're playing, if its not Morphett or Brighton they won't turn into pumpkins !
I saw both last week --- Shoes in the first half, then Christies in the second. If these sides keep playing like that the big-name sides still below them on the ladder won't get past them.

Cove are still only half a game outside the 8 and have played one less game than those immediately above them. Lets remember that 8 wins has got teams into finals in recent years. Extra team this season means 9 wins plus percentage may still be enough. I can find at least 6 wins for Cove in their last 11 games so I'm sure they will make the 8. Top 4 hopes appear shot but if they can assemble a near full fit group come finals they will still be dangerous. It must be said that current injuries are only part of the problem though. Their B grade haven't lost a game so depth still there. Surely Vics01 and others must concede a massive premiership hangover from a side that not only won the flag but only lost one game out of 21 in 2008.

Some HUGE results over the weekend! Great to see a few upsets to keep people interested!

Goodluck/ShoeBoy/anyone from Valley - what happened here? Who kicked the goals for the Shoes? Thought the Shoes were in dire need of a forward line when we saw them a few weeks back, so a little surprised to see they kicked enough goals to smash the usually miserly Vikings.

And whats the go with Hallet Cove...?? Is Ando on death row...??

No worries, like I said it was passed on to me as being a dodgy decision.
Seems like the only thing dodgy was the information passed onto me by an ex-player whose dad was known as "silent".

For an obvious Port Adelaide tragic, I'm surprised your hopping into Ando (Magpie Magarey Medallist for starters).
I'd be surprised if Ando is under any pressure at all from a job point of view, but he's really got a job on his hands right now because these boys have a definite hangover.

Not baggging, just asking the question BTP - if anything id like to see the mulletted one don the lace-up guernsey and come help out the struggling Maggies! Or the Power for that matter...

So does anyone know our squad for the Association game this week? Hopefully its a stronger team than last year, i went down for a look last year and didnt recognise over half our team!

Wouldn't say Coves chances are shot as they do have a game in hand and only 2 games out the 4.... The longer the year goes the better they will get once there spine returns over the coming weeks meaning: Platten, Weidermann, Ramsey and Gill who are all out and missing!!!!!
Vick will get better with more game time so plenty of upside!!!! They need to start stringing some wins together and a great chance over the next 5 weeks to do this!!!!!
Pressure is on but I reckon they will bounce back and will be dangerous in the latter part of year
