Are all clubs training through this heat??
Are many showing up if you are??
Once you go black, your in a wheelchair.

Unfortunately yes we are training, but i'm still hopeful to receive a phone call telling me it's been cancelled.... :ympray: :ympray:

You would think that some common sense is needed in weather like this. My keys are starting to stick together on my keyboard due to them melting!!!

If you train it will only help in the long run fellas...i just did and after you start getting some cloud cover and keep hydrated its not too bad...

about 45 mins worth of skills with running involved.

Thats's ridiculous saying training when it's 42 + degrees is beneficial in the long run. It does more damage to your body than good and anybody that tells you different is both arrogant and stupid. If world class athletes are complaining why the roof is not closed on Vodafone arena surely that sends a message to amateur sports players. Common sence.

At this level, you do not need to be out training in this weather. If you were a professional athlete or a boxer, who had a fight next week and needed the extra training, sure do what you gotta do, but at this level, it's just stupidity at it's best.

As long as you know when to stop its not going to have negative effects. If you be a dick and try and act like a hero of course your gonna feel crook. But if its a light run and a few kicks its ok. As long as you keep hydrated and its not it full sunlight...

I see Marion had about 25 out tonight pounding the sand at seacliff. 44 degrees at the time. 8) it wanst. hot it was

Great to see good numbers on the beach at Southport last night well done lads. (still think Moana is the better set up) also good to see them training alongside Pt Noarlunga lads.
