I agree. The hackham player has already got his penalty. But people are saying he shouldnt be allowed to play footy. I havent heard that any Cove player was harmed by the Hackham player. Obviously he did something the waterboy didnt like, but i dont think it wouldve been to the extent of being banned from the game.

Fair dinkum HH3 you must have your head in the sand. He is a wanna be thug. If the umpires had any B---s they would have sent him off in the first 1/4 when he was calling them F---ing D---heads or maybe his coach could have taken some action. One would hope that his penalty is behavioural management. Lets hope whatever his punishment the club support him and help him remedy his behaviour.

He Belts from behind and squeals like a banshee when he gets one back. It would appear from reading the posts that this kid has been the lit match in cracker factory for a while now. If so he needs to have a consequence if not he is being pilliored then. Not that I condone the actions of the junior boundary umpire who I am sure will reveive an appropriate penalty from the club.

The down side of it is aside from the bad press for everybody involved the SFL will demand both clubs present themselves for a investigation committee hearing, where the clubs will suffer penalties for the behaviour of kids. Maybe they should ask the umpires panel to appear as well and fine the panel for the umpires lack of action and control on the day. Two umpires and no action till it is nearly out of hand?? Two umpires abused and no action?? I suppose Cove will have to have car boot sale to pay the fine the SFL will impose, I reckon Cove should then bill the umpires panel for lack of action by there reps. which led to the day going to sh-t.

Is this so called thug from the hawks physically bigger than most in U16s?

If so in my opinion he will be sorted out pretty soon because most kids who are big in U/16s get overtaken and passed in growth by a fair majority of lads, and he'll be roving or sitting in a forward pocket when he hits seniors.

Then he'll cop his dues- any rovers on the forum will agree...

No they play Sunday because they cannot make the Saturday side, or are you stacking your Sunday side?

no they play sun all year cos they cant play sat but the gf is a sat. just means whoever makes it but can retain the most of their players being on a diff day than usual will cope better.

Cove are more than welcome to join our Secretary collecting cans. HH3, I hope to catch up with you for a beer on Saturday. Lets hope the coppers have no reason to pay us a visit this week.

HH3 if its the little bloke I think it is he played okay for a young fella that is for sure - BUT pretty sure he threw a few too - then you blokes squeeled we were picking on a young fella when reacting to his bullsh#t. If he plays seniors again he may want to watch his antics as seniors tend to hit back harder than juniors. If this is the bloke a great talented footballer but needs to do that and not worry about trying to be some sort of thug sniping hero or he will get hurt soon enough

Some ordinary stuff happening by a few individuals in the SFL, hope the league can finish out the year on a better note. On a lighter topic,
Hows Dennis Kerr going at Hackham (apart from scoreboard results)?
Lyton Bishop at Morphies?
And my man Jason Bayli$$. How have the Reynella folk embraced the old boy? :ymhug:

Denis is going very well. he is not worried to much about the scoreboard (although it would be good if it was a bit better) he has some good ideas and is trying to put them in place and help the club forward. hopefully we can secure him for a 2nd year and work on it all a bit more.

Have to agree with Dilli here, I wish I was a big enough dud to win an A grade B & F or 6....
