You can't take much out of a trial with these country sides as there better players tend not to play. Full strength Imps would beat Cove and Valleys comfortably. They are a very good side.

Full stength teams for the competition hasnt really been the mentality of the teams in the past from what ive seen. Teams have generally used 20-20 footy to introduce their younger, up and coming players to A grade football, in a shorter higher pressure version of the game.

I hear your not a required player down at the Emus any more ZC, maybe u will be signing a $500 sign on fee down at Aldinga for next season.... It seems to be the going rate for any player interested at all!! :roll: :roll:

Would make sense all his mates from hackham and school are out there these days would be a very handy pick up if so. Would subiaco be a 4 point player?

He was at the Bays this year so I think that would have more influence on his points.

Imps are not a superstar team MC but have a good allround unit which is needed in country footy to win premierships. To many teams out there have 4 gun recruits with not enough good local players. They have won back to back premierships in 08/09. They pay decent amounts of $$$$$ and have a few gun players. Would def be a top 6 team in SFL. Emus, Brighton and Reynella would all beat them comforably IMO.
