Charlie is Mitts cousin and premiership player at the shoe, agree that he would be an ideal role model/mentor to the young fellas down there. Didn't have the best skills as a player but a ticker bigger than pharlap which a lot of the younger blokes don't seem to posess these days!!

By the sounds of all the recriuts this season at Marion they should expect to be top 5/6. Mr Juicy you would be happy, Bilney would cover the loss of Couch nicley, good to see the comp getting more competative if these teams come to the party during the season. eg; Marion, Noarlunga, flaggies.. Should be a good year.

Derfintly a bit of expectation of marion to perform with their 2010 draw and all the money spent this year but i think most of that expectation/pressure will be passed on to the contracted players recieving those $$ and rightly so...

With reynella payin 3 lads 750 a game you'd think they should have some dominance this year if these 3 players are anywhere near as good as the paycheck-on top of the team they already have yes no?

Who are they paying $750 a game if you don't mind me asking???

It must be a denial thing at Reynella... I only posted recently about how much Billings will be getting. I can confirm this as the big fella doesn't mind speaking out about pretty much anything. I also know what Ironbank were offering and the $$$ from Reynella were much more. He's a good bloke Billings but definately a different unit. Will probably push you back down the food chain P32 -be prepared... Billings is coming.

Billings, milo, ware are all on big money. And before the reynella faithful start on about milo isnt on that much think again.Anyways im not that concerned about how much they pay out down at oval rd,if clubs can pay it good luck to them.
Also i noticed i hadnt commented on a porties or christies.
Porties from what i hear are going to go through a lean year with not to many good senior players around so it looks like the youth policy is in(i think all clubs who are unable to attrach recuirts use this as a excuse ie Noarlunga ;) )
Christies well who knows been a bit quite did hear they have picked up about 5-6 how good theyll be only time will tell.First question that pops into my head is Francis going to be able to coach the whole year out.

I think Marion has to make the top 4 to justify the $$. Should be the biggeat improver, with Aldinga, flaggies & Noarlunga going by what is being posted here & on individual forums.

Morphy Parks, Edwardstown & Porties to fall. Morphy Parks will probably get the spoon, hate to say it, but things not looking good.

Moe you need to stop playing that broken record $$$$. Again you blokes did a lot more than we will this year, last year and where did that get you fella's (8th) and where are the players now. Smart recruiting Moeman, no HUGE dollars spent, just on quality blokes that WILL stick around in the years to come. Time will tell where we end up on the ladder BUT we had to recruit heavily & we have done what we aimed to do & build a solid A grade but also build a competitive B grade in the process to put pressure on spots in the A grade. Everyone spends $$$ it's how you spend it and on whom that is the important thing. 8)

That can only be a good thing!
Don't know how much Billings is getting because i've never met the bloke, but I do know what Elijah and Milo get and it's no where near that amount, but keep the stories going!
The only time i've ever been wrong...was when I thought I was wrong!!!

Im tipping Reynella to start the 2010 premiership season as "hot favourites" with the quality they have added to there squad.Im just a bit surprised that he has "NO" faith in the 2009 squad wot so ever.
