Surely being a young fella this would have been the year that he would've got those opportunities?? Does ha have mates down at the Muddies??

Tim is a gun on baller dont think he saw many opportunities with bishop and the emus played footy at south so i would guess with clay there it was inviting plus a bit of $$ would help

If thats the kid who played association for us then thats a big loss for $hoe$ as the kid WILL be a star. Prob leaving with his old man (Willunga ass. coach) would be my guess.

Spot on LH but he has to deal with his uncle first!!

Good luck with that one danny !!! will the uncle be on the exit interview

Will he be the first of many talented shoes youngsters to leave? All the best to him.
Bit of karma for the premature sacking of M.Irvine you would think.

Have porties got a B grade coach yet? Bit late to be advertising in real late January!
With the loss of Teddy and Skrypek, not many positives to come out of cockle land.
But they do love to be written off, should be an interesting season!

Just a bit of an update for you Mirror#3 so your hormones don't get out of balance.. There are roughly 14 outs for Edwardstown, in those 14 some very good players that will obviously be missed. As you are full aware being a player there last season, quite a few quality reserve players will fill these gaps & our recruits.

My eyes are on Golding to see if he can kick a bag of goals this season as he will plant himslef in the goal square all year.. Record is 159 goals back in 1980.. If your in reasonable shape & those hammies & knees hold up - I think Goldy could be a genuine chance to get close to this number...

Look forward & am still hoping you will be playing round 9 @ the shoe Mirror#3 - best of luck to ya....

Yes, tim is a gun and will be sorely missed. He has had some injuries but certainly no lack of opportunity when fit. He would have been a walk up start in the midfield for the emus. Bish is a huge fan and is shattered by his decision, so lack of opportunity is definately not one of the reasons.

Hello forum, its been a while. Shoes looking good at the moment with mitts and the other 15 coaches (HAHA). We have picked up some handy recruits but there will be no 'jumping the gun' sown shoe land. Were all keen for the trial matches to start so we can all see were we are at, both fitness and skill level.

Just to cover some rumours, milo on over $800 after speaking to other clubs and been offered big coin.

Chrisites lucky to get 15 on the track with so called respected players such as Tyler Green a no show?

Lonsdale the fittest they have ever been with the big red fire truck Ash Baxter 'running the show'

Porties 'may' have recruited 'Gary the goal sneek' from lonsdale? Can you confirm lion heart?

And whats with all the talk of marion? Who actually has signed and what are the numbers on average at training?

That should bring me up to speed.

Hills has there been a few lads walking since mitton is back or has that been overstated on this forum.
Watched grand final day and your 16s went down but it was great to see a group so tight, hopefully these players will move through the ranks at your club and did you hang on to that coach

Dont worry about Porties they have a good coach, some returning senior players and plenty of good youngsters they will be in the mix again in 2010. Maybe the observer can fill us in?

How can you make a comment like that when you are not involved with the MV club, Tim has had an ankle problem for more than 12 months, I know the reason he is leaving & that will not be revealed by me, Tim is a top lad & I wish him well at Myponga.

Thanks for the update Sapngdangla! Its been a good fresh start at the Shoes....
Knew this info about a week or so ago. My understanding is that the Towns were going to make it tough for R.Borowski to be cleared also....Will definitely be interesting to see where the two players that got denied will go????
I totally agree with you regarding the reserves blokes, very good footballers that didnt get enough opportunities last yearwill be able to cover most of the outs, and big George Cornish is a HUGE in for ya's too.
All the best for Towns for 2010!
