then spend 3,000 and find out that you have 6 players that walk 10 km run 6 km and sprint 3km.hope this helps when dropping A graders back to B's coz they dont run enough. Or they run all day but only get 11 possies if andrew jarman sort this as a indercator then he wouldnt have even played SANFl let alone AFL no coach cares how far or how long its about getting 30 possies and their effectiveness in a team enviroment scrap GPS it give you nothing but bragging rights for fit players not good players.

I know you were just throwing numbers out there, but 19km would be a bloody good effort!! Think that was Crawfords best effort in a game!!

I would think a local level midfielder would be covering about 10km/game.

Asert I think Special is a bit touchy about that as I think you will find he covers the game over 4 quarters with statistics of 1km running & 3km walking. He would rather not have concrete proof of that. As obviously there would be some comments coming his way.

Petes Predictions 2010

catch up round:
Brighton to win
Porties in an upset

For the whole season:
Aldinga wont win a game (A grade).
The gap (competitiveness) between 5th and 13th to close more so than previous years.
Race for the 8 to come down to last game for 1 or more teams.
Brad Smith to play a max. of 13 games for the season.
Anything less than a GF appearance for Brighton is a massive fail.
Milo to miss a month in the middle of the season with a hammy.
All the best to all in 2010! 8)
