The reason I put this post on here is to give everyone an opportunity to pass on any mesage to Scott as he is an avid reader (and sometimes poster) on this site. I hope I have all the details correct Polly.
And yes it is a different look team to 2009 but some very exciting young talent getting an opportinity, don't write the emus off.

Just want to add my congrats to polly I played against him countless times and we would always catch up for a beer after the game prob the best full forward in comp in the last 20 yrs and 1 of only 2 to win league goalkicking 3 times(in a row I might add) all the best for your last game mate im sure youve made the day of many a fullback!

Don't know what you're on, but there's been more than that. Maybe the second Emu might be more to the point.
Dion Hibberd won it three times, but before him I remember another three (all won it three times in a row) ---- Chris Hams from Willunga, Baden Taylor (Morphett's other one) and one of DTH's mates currently down in Bomberland Neil Wuttke won it three times straight playing for McLaren Flat in the Seventies.

I meant in the last 20 years mate.Didn't see the other blokes play before that, before my time!

Bet none of them have 5 premiership medals.
Full backs don't get to excited, wait to you see our new full forward.

One to ponder over, how many goals would Polly have kicked if he had played on Craig Smith, any thoughts.

Pollard would beat him on the lead and Smithy in the contest.

Depends on the delivery. In a good team probably 4 or 5, but in a average team 1 or 2.
No-one would kick a bag on Smithy IMO. Except B. Smith, that's why he left in the eleventh hour for fear of a lifetime of bragging rights 8)

Townies V Brighton Still haven't seen either. 4 goals

Flaggies V Pt Noarlunga This is the one for Flaggys to start moving up the ranks. 8 points

Marion V Hackham Not sure HH3 will even make an appearance yet...

M/Vale V Cove Still the reigning premiers people... 3 goals

M/Park V Christies I just would rather see them win

Lonsdale V Aldinga At home, once the confidence kicks in the Lions will kick away. 13 goals

Reynella V H/Valley Best two teams I've seen play so far, Reynella too strong with recent form. 4 goals

Noarlunga to have open bar this week as no player payments being made...

I am sorry Yetti, a lot of things on here are pointless, thought it was just something to ponder, why did you bother to respond you should have just ignored it like I do some of your stuff.

Townies V Brighton - Close in the first half, Bombers to win by 7 goals
Flaggies V Pt Noarlunga - 3 Goals
Marion V Hackham 20 Goals - Lots of back slapping on Saturday night
M/Vale V Cove - 5 Goals - Every one lifts for the sendoff
M/Park V Christies - 3 Goals
Lonsdale V Aldinga - 20 Goals
Reynella V H/Valley - 6 Goals -
Where's Bill? Yeah... Hmm... Bill is on the Villa Quatro, on the road to Salina. I will draw you a map.

Townies V Brighton - EV's got it pretty right ---close early but then all Bombers
Flaggies V Pt Noarlunga - back in the Eight to stay
Marion V Hackham --- at least there's a couple of sides they can beat
M/Vale V Cove - will do it for Polly
M/Park V Christies - changed my mind from earlier in the week. Home ground advantage
Lions V Aldinga - Sharks may make it interesting for a while
Reynella V H/Valley - Upset definitely possible --- if Reynella were to suddenly blow one, the Valley at the Valley might be it. However, decided to stick with the Wineflies to escape a real scare.
Guess what HH3, you're prediction is working already ---- Noarlunga won't win this week

Just like to say good luck to Saul Abbott making his return to the field after a year off with a knee recon. Be good to have him back to his best.

Does Saul have a best? I've seen plenty of his worst. Good luck all the same.

A bit of rain around will even up the contests even more tomorrow. I'm looking forward to some very close results when I pick up the paper on Sunday.

Ordinary comment DTH.

Best of luck to Sideshow for his return and Polly for his farewell.

Huge game for flaggies, Porties have caused us a lot of trouble over the past few years. Time to start taking these scalps!
