Ordinary comment DTH.

Best of luck to Sideshow for his return and Polly for his farewell.

Huge game for flaggies, Porties have caused us a lot of trouble over the past few years. Time to start taking these scalps!

Good luck to Saul in his return and good luck to Polly in his last game, and D.H oh sorry DTH :D :D cheap shot at young Saul i reckon, has been a good player for Flaggies over a long time and hopefully will continue to be.
If the only reason you play is for a beer with your mates after the game, your playing for the wrong reasons !!

Pollard would beat him on the lead and Smithy in the contest.

Depends on the delivery. In a good team probably 4 or 5, but in a average team 1 or 2.
No-one would kick a bag on Smithy IMO. Except B. Smith, that's why he left in the eleventh hour for fear of a lifetime of bragging rights 8)

I don't think so

I guess we will never know.

M/Vale V Cove - will do it for Polly
M/Park V Christies - changed my mind from earlier in the week. Home ground advantage
Lions V Aldinga - Sharks may make it interesting for a while
Reynella V H/Valley - Upset definitely possible --- if Reynella were to suddenly blow one, the Valley at the Valley might be it. However, decided to stick with the Wineflies to escape a real scare.
Guess what HH3, you're prediction is working already ---- Noarlunga won't win this week

The game is at Reynella....

Dead right Panther --- guess you can call that a brain fade (they tell me they're common at my age). Better be careful though, I reckon they might still be dangerous tomorrow.

WTF WLF. A Marion player barracking for their twistie neighbours to win a game  What ever happened to local rivalries?
Where's Bill? Yeah... Hmm... Bill is on the Villa Quatro, on the road to Salina. I will draw you a map.

He'd prefer to side with his rival than a cheap shot thuggery team. Pretty obvious really

There could be a few interesting poll question here? Either a) Who are the biggest thugs in the SFL? b) what are the three biggest teams of thuggery in the SFL?

It lasted about 45 minutes. Thought the question was a valid forum post, obvsiously not.

For the record, to respond to your and old emu's question, didn't vote myself + don't condone it.

That topic has been thrashed and we can't say what we really want to.
Apart from some 'isolated' incidents, from what I hear it's been a good year in the SFL, with minimal problems bar one game.

It's a healthy rivalry EV, trust me losing to the cheese still sh!ts me, but i enjoy and look forward to the games.
Some games I don't look forward to, as i want to just play football.

Turns out the Vikings were about as dangerous as a lame rabbit
At least I can always say I still picked Reynella to actually win  ---- one heck of a side. I reckon they'll go top.

Not sure if they had a bad day but not that impressive, to be honest. Their B's and 18's were both touched up too

Christies flogged Morphy Parks today. Got to say I was disgusted today by Morphy's lack of passion - they are all keen to take their pay cheques , but forget that the real test of character is what they are willing to sacrifice to get that envelope.

Not good enough Roos - those that wont be there next year (coaches, staff and committee alike) should leave now - your lack of interest is showing, and the damage it is doing to the club cannot be underestimated!!

Bombers beat Townies 23-15 to 4-11 after leading by 11 goals at half-time so you weren't too close on that one either BTP. Massive game next week between Bombers and Winies. Only prediction I'll make is that P32 will continue to earn about $50 per disposal.

Perhaps a poll on the softest or least physical team might not get taken down? Seems like you can call teams soft but not thugs....

Nah got that one right, DTH ---- "close early but then all Bombers" --- what I forgot to say was the "close" meant the first few seconds while they were chasing your backs for the opening bullseye

Maybe need to work on better phrasing like most team to play outside of the rules or team most likely to be reported. Should we put a m15+ rating on it. What exactly was wrong with that discussion it is a forum and last time it was deleted. for using names of players. Forum has been crap lately anyone else agree

DTH what value can be taken out of the game? Depending on what players are away at the Country championships. Unfortunately if both clubs have 3 or 4 away it will detract from a judgment on how each are travelling.

Metropolitan league playing in country championships??

What a fairy tale finish at Morphett Vale for Pollard. Mark, siren sounding and goal with his last kick very fitting.
