think if anything it would be hills country + there is already 10 teams in this div anyway.

It's time the Hills league promoted the premier club in the country division and take away the bye in the first Div.. Clubs like Torrens Valley, Echunga love sitting in the weaker side of the competition and winning premierships. The HFL needs to grow some balls and make the change effective from next season, bet nothing happens!
