Sorry mate busy day cant get into it off again.
No vote made as yet just general discussions giving players a couple weeks then will see how everyone feels and go from there. More of an informal debate session and trying to get good and bad sides all in the open so people can make a clear decision. If players still think its a good idea in a couple of weeks we will put it to a vote for members and parents.

Gotta fly but have a good weekend all and good luck....hope the rain holds off.

A log of a bloke at CHB and someone added to the Middle ton to add some speed, someone running around in a big paddock about Four acres. On a cold day nothing better than having a bit of cover and a cup of MILO and then a run around to warm up.

reynella have quite a few GUNS in their A grade that have played at a high level so i think they shouldnt be under estimated come finals as some of these players have played on a bigger stage and may step up big time for finals. To write them of would be dangerous. In saying this the Emus know what to do this time of the year and i reckon they are just warming up for a full on crack at their 5th flag in a row.Brighton and Happy Valley are contenders with Brighton wanting to at least back up what they did last season.Valley are a good side but have yet to show anything in finals.Cove are top and deserve to be but i look forward to seeing if they can handle the pressure against the Emus in the last minor round game of the year. They have improved from last year but how much is yet to be seen.
If the only reason you play is for a beer with your mates after the game, your playing for the wrong reasons !!

Not sure of the exact scores, but Aldinga flogged Hackham (by a bit more than I expected in the wet!), Morphy Parks belted Lonsdale, Reynella had a close win over Brighton, and Noarlunga beat Christies. That's all I've heard so far.

By the way, my apologies to tunit - you were right all along. Shame on me for being so blind to the truth. Steady is leaving Aldinga - not for Meadows, though. He's going to Christies for $25 a game and a bag of red frogs. 8)

Roos' chances starting to look pretty good now, especially if they can hold the form. They have no more encounters with the top sides.
Does anyone know the Port result ? Or the Sunday game at Flagstaff ?

Interesting race for 4th spot now. Anyone know who reynella and brighton have got in the next three matches, I can't open the programme? They are on the same points now, but brighton have better percentage......?

Also it was mentioned reynella have a few to come back? Apart from the captain, who else wasnt playing on the weekend? is butcher finished for the season now?
