Did a bloke named Bachmann win it last year? What was the debacle surrounding that?

The debacle involved the league and the count.
Once the initial count was finished vick was 1 or 2 votes ahead of bachmann and announced the winner. Then it was found that a bachman with a different first initial got three votes in a game that only he played. so the votes were given to bachmann and he won the medal.
Thing that made it worse was some of the papers (ie messanger etc.) left before they knew there was a drama and it was reported in all of the papers.

Basically it was a massive stuff up by the SFL officials.
Beat the whites of eggs with a pinch of salt until stiff...Continue beating, gradually adding sugar, vinegar and vanilla, until of thick consistency.

Vick or Prescott are my tips still, Prescott is a class above most in S.F.L brilliant captains game Saturday handles pressure well is a jet. Vick shook tag and almost turned the game in Coves favour in the third quarter but is a class act.

There were three of the top six on display on the weekend, Bayly & Johnstone showed why they are the favourites tonight. Prescott again failed to deliver when it got tough in a final and for such a windy day never had a hair out of place....

what utter crap F.nut - you must have absolutly no idea about the game - i have never read more crap. what an ambarrassing post. failed to deliver what rubbish. SP can hold his head high, once again he ran and ran all day. Maybe not his best match for the year, but definitely didn't fail to deliver.

Spot On AFLflyer ... Prescott was serviceable on sunday but definately wasnt one of his 'rip it up' games. Footy Nut you are correct though about his hair ... that hair is like ray martin's, its never got one strand out of place
