The incompetence and arrogance from the SFL is frightening!
Taking a leaf out of the gsfl handbook.
Make up the rules as you go to suit yourself.

Just had a look on The Shoes facebook page and one of their players copped an injury. Ambulance called and game called offKegLeg wrote:Jee cove were brave today. Could have easily won. Definitely on the right track.
What happened at Noarlunga? Did the game get stopped at half time or something?

I believe clubs met with SFL executive last week and voted to move round 14 to last round of year and round 15 to be a bye for all.
Any update on this?

I thought the clubs (presidents and delegates) voted and made a decision.

My understanding was the decision was made based on it being a 1 week break and when it stretched to 2 it wasn't reviewed.
The sensible decision from here would be to scrap the 2 weeks missed and change the Porties v Shoes game in the last round to a bye for both teams in addition to Cove who already have the bye. It is the only way to ensure all teams play the same amount of games with the least disruption.
Playing 1 round at the end of the season, but not the other, so you can then play the Grand Final on the same day as the AFL GF is just ridiculous.

Whether you like or dislike a decision that was voted by democratic means (presidents and delegates and motion moved) you cant go and have a individual ringing individuals to change that decision! I am note happy about Scotty from marketing as our Prime minister but accept the process.
Have we become a dictatorship circus.
