Ditto.
Got it for $14.99 @ JB on the weekend
Also got 'Nebraska' by Springsteen for $9.99 as well.
If one person does it, it's insanity. If millions do it, it's religion.

Yeah, I saw them at the squatters with Leather Messiah & Roadside Slasher.
I never got to one of their gigs back in the day, and always wanted to.
They were great! As were all the bands that night.

While on the topic, I bought the Leather Messiah CD on the night. Thats ******* cool too.
Yeah, Naah,..... Bollocks!

not a massive fan but I thought it was still ok... not sure why Homme didn't just call it a QOTSA album which is pretty much what it is (based on what it sounds like). I thought Dave Grohls drums were more interesting on songs for the deaf.

Anyway i'm biased because i can't get past my grudge that josh homme dumped nick oliveri from the band. never been the same since. :( (i'll get over it one day )

It's pretty consistent. Gold Guns Girls is obviously a standout song. The album is pretty chilled though (with Gold Guns Girls being an exception).
My favourite song on the album would be Satellite Mind.

That album haunts me.

Accidentally walked out of a music shop with it in my hand. Was talking on the mobile and browsing the DVD section. Didn't realize I had 'shoplifted' until I was almost home.

Too embarrassed to take it back. That and the fact I didn't think they'd believe my lame story. And would nick me!

So I mailed it back to the shop the next day with a letter of apology.

Haven't been back to the shop since.
