Saw him there a few years back- good show, very entertaining, and very long- my butt was numb* when the show finished

Yeah i saw that as well at Norwood Town Hall a year or 2 ago.

I'm looking forward to Spandau Ballet and Tears for Fears in a few months :)

Cold Harbour - St Kilda veteran band play the Grace Emily this saturday and Brickworks on sunday. A great band...even if their manager is a bit of a dick ;)

Rose Tattoo are booked to play Cherry Rock here in Melbourne soon. I'm guessing it will be more of a seance than a concert! :? ;)

It was great but if anything a tad predicatable - certainly they're on a bit of a gravy train at the moment, milking the past while not creating anything new. The merchandise they had available was ridiculous! Huge crowd, good atmos.

But Doolittle is one of if not my favourite albums of all time and so it couldn't disappoint. In addition to the B sides and album they played a few off Surfer Rosa & Come On Pilgrim like Isla De Encanta, Caibou, Vamos (?) and ended with Gigantic and Where is My Mind? Enjoyed it, maybe not as much as last time - I just wish they could get along enough to get together in the recording studio again...

Unless Frank Black allows imput from Kim Deal there's no point. There's a very good reason the first two Pixies albums were far superior to the last two.

Grong Grong doing another tour. Playing at Enigma Bar in a couple of weeks and then two shows in Melbourne in late May. The Anal UFO Tour or something it's called.
